In-stock items with personalization will be shipped within 48 hours, often less. We ship our products via tracked DHL and/or Postnord (Swedish Postal service). Delivery time depends on the country of destination.
As of June 1, 2024, Totestories is a VOEC-registered online store, which allows Norwegian private customers to import from us without paying customs fees. Totestories charges, declares and pays Norwegian VAT on sales to private customers in Norway. For you as a customer living in Norway, this now means that you: - will see the actual total price of the item, including Norwegian VAT, directly when purchasing on our website, no extra costs are added. - you don't have to pay any customs and administration fees, since the purchase receives simplified customs processing. - you get a much faster delivery, since the shipment does not have to go through customs clearance in Norway. We are excited to offer smoother and faster deliveries to our Norwegian customers, now also at even better and more clear prices! For larger orders to Norway, we may split your shipment into several packages during a transition period, as ”Posten” has yet to open up all its services for VOEC registered shipments.
You are free to return your product within 15 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please note that personalized products will not be accepted as returns, unless of course it is faulty.
As soon as your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few bank days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
